Training in Lockdown - GoPro Action - July 2021

During the Sydney lockdown, I have been learning to be creative in ways of training, to keep improving and create some variation that keeps me going. Because of the lockdown restrictions I have been unable to have a coach on water. So recently I set up my GoPro on my boat so I could get some feedback from the footage.
